Peace by Peace is delighted to offer mediation and conflict resolution services to those willing to participate in the process of mediation. Mediation itself is a voluntary, neutral and confidential process whereby a mediator facilitates a conversation between two or more parties. Peace by Peace also offers coaching for mediators-in-training. There is a growing need for advanced, focused training to help developing mediators blossom into confident, self-assured individuals who can identify and grow their skills and styles.
